এছাড়া এই লাইসেন্সের সামনে ও পিছন দিকে একটা বিশেষ ধরনের চিপ লাগানো থাকবে। এখন যেমন ATM কার্ড এ একটি চিপ লাগানো থাকে তেমনই ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স চিপ লাগিয়ে আরও সুবিধাজনক করে তোলা হবে। শুধু তাই নয় লাইসেন্সে লেখা থাকবে নাম, ঠিকানা এবং ব্লাড গ্রুপও। এর থেকেও আরও বড় ব্যাপার হলো যদি লাইসেন্সের উপভোক্তা অর্গান ডোনেট করতে সক্ষম থাকেন অর্থাৎ চোখ বা বডির কোন অঙ্গ ডোনেট করতে চান তাহলে সেই ব্যাপার ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সে উল্লেখ করা থাকবে।আগে যেমন কোন রাজ্যের চালক অন্য রাজ্যে গেলে ট্রাফিক পুলিশদের গাড়ির চালকদের সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য জানার জন্য নানা রকম সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হতো।

কিন্তু পরবর্তী সময়ে ২০১৯ এ প্রকল্পের সূচনার পর থেকে তেমন কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হবে না। এবার থেকে ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সে একটা নির্দিষ্ট নাম্বার দিয়ে দেওয়া হবে এবং সেই নাম্বারের দ্বারা চালকের সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য বার করে নেওয়া যাবে,এর সঙ্গে ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স এর মধ্যে বাহনটির নাম উল্লেখ করা থাকবে। এমনটি বলা হচ্ছে যে গাড়ির চালক যদি কোন লোন নিয়ে থাকে গাড়ির জন্য , তা হলে সেটিও ওই কার্ডের মধ্যে উল্লেখ করা থাকবে। তাছাড়াও থাকবে ‘QR CODE’ স্ক্যানার । যেখানে বলা হচ্ছে , এটি স্ক্যানের দ্বারা যত রকমের সাহায্যকারী সংস্থা আছে সেগুলো সাথে খুব সহজেই যোগাযোগ করা যাবে।
